FAMILY DANCE WORKSHOPS

Join us in honour of Special Olympics week for a series of fun, relaxing and practical creative dance workshops to improve confidence, relieve stress and break down boundaries through playful movements. Start where you are at your own pace and work to your own ability.

The workshops are led by both disabled and non-disabled professional dancers from FOOT IN HAND and will be delivered in a safe, comfortable environment intended for all ages and ranges of mobility.
